Our Story
Built on Integrity. Finished with Obsession.
Franco started Built by Franco in 2017 with a single conviction: Southwest Florida deserved a luxury builder who treated every home like it was his own.
The Story
From the Ground Up
Franco grew up watching his father build homes in Naples — learning early that the difference between a good home and a great one comes down to the details most people never see. After a decade working for some of the region's largest contractors, he founded Built by Franco in 2017 to do things differently.
No oversized crews. No cutting corners to hit a deadline. Just a tight team of master craftsmen, a hands-on owner who walks every job site daily, and an uncompromising standard that has earned the trust of Southwest Florida's most discerning homeowners.
Today, Built by Franco is the name behind some of the most celebrated custom homes in Collier and Lee Counties — from waterfront estates in Port Royal to whole-home renovations in Pelican Bay.
"The details most people never see are the ones I care about most."
Our Philosophy
We Don't Build Houses. We Build Legacies.
01
Craftsmanship First
Every finish, every joint, every material is selected and installed to the highest standard. We never substitute quality for speed.
02
Radical Transparency
You'll always know where your project stands — on budget, on schedule, and on vision. No surprises, no excuses.
03
Owner Involvement
Franco personally oversees every project from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Your home is never handed off to a project manager you've never met.
04
Built to Last
We build homes that outlast trends and withstand Florida's climate — engineered for longevity, designed for beauty.
The Team
Small by Design. Elite by Standard.
We deliberately keep our team small. Every tradesperson on a Built by Franco project is a vetted master of their craft — not a subcontractor pulled from a list. This is how we maintain the standard our clients expect.
